Go beyond the headlines to learn of the basic operations of the Supreme Court and how a number of Landmark Decisions came about.
Presenter Bio:
A graduate of Yale University, Gerald (Jerry) Swirsky has practiced law for 43 years, trying cases before both State Courts and Federal Courts of Connecticut. His continued interest in American History led him to teaching over the last 5-6 years for Learning In Retirement Palm Desert, covering such subjects as the Supreme Court, the Federalist Papers, and Women's Rights.
