Discussion Facilitator: John Curran
John Curran is a Palm Desert resident and a retired US government computer security manager. John has a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science. He has been a passionate film aficionado for decades and has expanded his interests in retirement into film noir. For the past six years, he has volunteered at Learning in Retirement, a non-profit adult education organization based in the city, and is one of the instructors for LIR. His film noir class, Dark Alleys and Dangerous Blondes, is one of the most popular offerings on the LIR schedule every year.
